●The challenge
Increase the visibility and revenue performance of the brand following the cessation of the Amazon Accelerator program and the physiological decline in performance that resulted. Countries involved: Italy, Germany, Spain, France, and the UK.
●The strategy
To support the brand in regaining its eroding market share, we developed a synergistic strategy combining advertising with price promotions and couponing. Adv planning was developed with a full funnel approach, with the aim of positioning the brand in the most similar research contexts, generating calls to action, and activating retargeting. The diversified commercial promotion actions for the country allowed us to push products with less rotation and a greater presence of competing brands.
