Organization and increase of brand visibility on the platform
PepsiCo Italia operates mainly in the soft drinks sector and in particular carbonated drinks under the Pepsi brand, to which other brands have been added over time as evidence of the company’s desire to increasingly meet consumer tastes.
●The challenge
The collaboration with PepsiCo for some of the main portfolio brands, Pepsi, Gatorade, Lipton, Lay’s, Doritos and Quakers, has the dual objective of guaranteeing a new showcase for the products and protecting and regulating brand communication, given the large number of resellers on the platform.
We operated in full service mode: initially with the opening of the Pepsico Italia seller profile, then in a second phase, activating a product catalog dedicated to Amazon Fresh.
●The strategy
The analysis of the searches on the platform allowed us to identify the products most requested by consumers; the next step was to intervene on the optimization of the catalogue
- creation of new product sheets and updating of those already present on the platform by applying company guidelines;
- creation of a company store that can welcome the consumer and get them into the world of Pepsico products.
The brand store has become not only a product showcase but also the landing of competitive shares, supported by Amazon display and video visibility actions on and off.
The opening of the Fresh channel, with a dedicated catalogue, completed the purchase touch points.
